Nokia N95 Reviews

Mobileburn review : While it shares much with the Nokia N80 in terms of both design and functionality, Nokia's N95, the subject of this review, takes the capabilities of a mobile phone to a new level. On paper, at least, there appears to be little that this Finnish wonder can't do. It has quad-band GSM/EDGE support and 2100MHz UMTS as well as a 5 megapixel autofocus camera, a built-in GPS receiver, Bluetooth stereo support, and 802.11b/g WLAN support.

My-symbian review : It's a true beaty. It weighs 120 g and measures 99x53x21 mm (90 cc). Matt silver front and plum back really match each other. The back side is made of a plastic so soft that it feels as if it was a rubber. And it's a VERY PLEASANT feel. The front side of the device is dominated by a huge 2.6" QVGA (320x240) screen, only a tad smaller than E61 and E61i displays - 55x41 mm. It's the same size as in the Sony Ericsson M600 and W950 phones. The screen provides exceptional quality, vivid colors and high brightness controlled by ambient light detector. Below the screen you can find shiny silver buttons (two softkeys, Send and End button, Menu and Multimedia button, Edit and C keys) and slightly above the display there is a small, secondary camera used for video calls.

Gsmarena review : At this moment Nokia N95 represents the crown of the entire Nokia portfolio. It is the best equipped phone on the world market.

Letsgomobile review : basic functions that you will need right away are quick and easy to find. The structure of the menu is nice and logical, and all the pictograms clearly show which options it represents. The start-up screen gives you quick access to several Office functions, such as the phone book, the calendar, the web browser, and the inbox for SMS, MMS, and e-mail. Those that have some mobile phone know-how will also be able to find the more advanced functions in the menu.

Nokia N93i Reviews

Allaboutsymbian review : First impressions of the N93i are excellent, with the large mirror-backed screen prominent and attractive, with a silver surround that's unfortunately not carried down into the base unit, which remains black(ish) - the two-tone silver/black looks a little odd. The camera housing still dominates the top of the N93i, but it's been restyled since the N93 and is slightly thinner.

Phonearena review : By its i-mproved version (N93i), Nokia is trying to reduce N93’s main shortcomings, at the same time sticking to its basic concept, which, however, is rather outdated. It performs like a multi-functional smartphone, sporting capabilities for high-quality video recording and boasting optical zoom. It can be said to be outdated, because after the launch of N95, the video is no longer a characteristic trait and therefore the optical zoom remains the phone’s only ‘unique’ feature. Nokia N93i is absolutely the same as its predecessor as to its specification and its smaller size and definitely sexier look are the only perceptible changes.

Yourmobilephonereviews review : The main feature of the Nokia N93i is its high quality video capabilities which provide the user with an outstanding quality DVD type quality. The phone comes with a built in camera which comes complete with two zooms which include a 3 x optical zoom & a 20 x digital zoom. The camera comes with a Carl Zeiss lens which provides a clear & precise photo. The user can get up close with the zoom options without loosing any photo quality. The camera feature allows the user to capture, store & share their photo experiences on their Nokia N93i. The user can change the camera setting from the main menu which offers the user many photo effects & finishes.

Nokia N93 Reviews

Allaboutsymbian review: At first glance, the Nokia N93 is huge. Closer inspection reveals that, er... it IS huge, but that there's a good reason for it. The camera module, across the top of the device, has fixed dimensions and these rather dictate the overall thickness and width of the rest of the smartphone.

Mobilewhack review : The Nokia N93 is based on S60 3rd Edition - the same as Nokia N91 - with 50MB internal memory and support for miniSD cards (expandable up to 2GB). This one's also a 3G phone, supporting WCDMA 2100MHz with simultaneous voice/packet data, and integrated 802.11b/g wireless LAN connectivity. What's more, with its TV-out capability, you can even browse the web, work on your office documents and even play games on the TV.

Gsmarena review : The Nokia N93 has been on the market for some time now and it did arouse a lot of commotion when it was first officially announced. The extraordinary Carl-Zeiss optical zoom combined with a Vario-Tessar lens was enough to rocket the anticipation of Nokia fans to the skies. This combined with video capturing in VGA resolution at a high framerate is an outstanding achievement that not before long was something reserved for the digital camcorders realm. Now the time has come to see for ourselves how good in reality the ground-breaking Nokia N93 is.

3g review : For a start, this handset shoots video at 640 x 480, 30 frames a second, and digital video stabilisation does what it can to ensure smooth shooting. You can save video to miniSD cards, which is just as well because the 50MB of internal memory won’t last long and the 128MB card that comes with the handset certainly won’t be big enough to meet your needs.

infosyncworld review : Nokia N93 is undoubtedly capable of shooting high-quality stills and truly outstanding video - as well it should, being built like a brick house. First-rate calling and messaging capabilities are also on the slate along with a boatload of additional features, but unless you're willing to sacrifice portability for the ultimate in imaging there are better balanced options to be had.

Nokia N91 8GB Reviews

Mobile-review.com review : This is the first time the company issued an Edition with not just software changes but with hardware as well. The discussed model differs from the original N91 in expanded up to 8 GB HDD and black body.

Mobileburn review :For starters, the internal hard disk that provides storage for music and other media files has been boosted to 8GB of capacity, a 100% increase over the original device's 4GB unit. The Bluetooth system has also been updated to add A2DP stereo support, so that the N91 can be used with the new wireless stereo headphones that are starting to trickle onto the market. The N91's size has remained the same, but its weight has risen by 5g, pushing it up to 165g total.

Nokia N90 Reviews

Infosyncworld review : At 112 x 51 x 24 mm and 173 g, the N90 is a behemoth of a smartphone - larger than all previous incarnations of the Series 60 platform from the Finnish manufacturer. The reason for its exuberant dimensions is simply a trade-off, however, as the clamshell device contains a 2 Megapixel digital camera equipped with swiveling Carl Zeiss optics and a built-in flash at the point of its hinge, and is also Nokia's first clamshell smartphone to include an external display.

Gsmarena review : The best display on the market; 2 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics; Symbian OS; multimedia player; memory card slot; voice recognition; Bluetooth EDGE; 3G network support ... And all this in just a single phone - the futuristic clamshell Nokia N90.

Allaboutsymbian review : But what gets people most about the N90 isn’t the fancy lens, but the fact that it is a transformer. While you might be giggling at visions of little toy cars turning into robots, you’re pretty close with the N90. Spinning the camera barrel while closed gives you something very close to a regular camera. Flip up the screen and you can switch to ‘handheld’ mode, which is primarily for video but also works as a good full screen camera mode as well. Finally whip everything back into place and you have a fully featured flip phone.

Mobileburn review : With a long list of features, and a camera with world renowned Carl Zeiss optics, does the N90 do justice to your images, communication needs, and of course, its hefty price tag?

Nokia N82 Reviews

Gsmarena review : Nokia N82 is considered the next N-series bestseller and, guess what, it has already hit the shelves. Following the sweeping success of Nokia N73, it was a pretty sure bet that a worthy successor wouldn't take long to appear. As we see it, Nokia N82 fits that description perfectly and our eagerness to test it for you should come as no surprise. So join us as we explore the world of Nokia N82.

Allaboutsymbian review : And it's an odd sort of style too. The ultra-reflective mirror front is certainly eye catching, but that's the good bit about the front of the N82. The rest is all a little bit of a letdown. In my opinion, at least - but then as an owner or triallist of just about every other smartphone from every other manufacturer for the last umpteen years, I hope I know what I'm talking about.

Mobileburn review : With a Xenon flash, a 5 megapixel camera with auto-focus, and video capture at 30 frames per second, the Nokia N82 is set to replace the venerable N73 in the Nseries imaging lineup. Going back to the candy bar form factor that Nokia is known for, does the Nokia N82 set the benchmark high for other multimedia handsets?

Nokia N80 Reviews

Mobileburn review : Physically, the N80 is shaped like a block that has had its longest edges rounded out, making it comfortable to hold. A profile view of the device reveals its somewhat wedged shape, which I personally find quite attractive. The brushed front facade and textured black body also look good, and resist finger prints far better than many of the N80's glossy counterparts.

Gsmarena review : N80, one of the latest Nokia handsets, hit the market not long ago and surely it made some big waves along the way. The phone comes in a place of very high class business phones with bunch of features and extras. It features a very good 3 megapixel camera, a hi-resolution display, a miniSD card slot, a FM radio and all this is backed up by advanced connectivity technologies such as quad-band GSM, 3G UMTS, EDGE, and Wi-Fi. The Symbian 9.1 OS with the 3rd Series 60 User Interface is responsible of keeping the phone as smart as possible, while the slider form factor really adds class to the business nature of Nokia N80. There are only several problems that could use a fix. But all in all, the phone packs a good deal of horsepower under its bonnet.

Yourmobilephonereviews review : The Nokia N80 makes video recording very simple & provides the user with some very easy to use features to ensure that their recording has the high quality results that the phone can offer. The built in 3 megapixel camera turns into a video recorder with a simple switch from camera mode to video mode. The video provides quality video capture in MP4 & 3GP formats with up to 5 x digital zoom. The Nokia N80 comes with an image & video editor software that is very simple to use.
